Our chore team steps in when everyday home and yard tasks become difficult or unsafe for an older adult to manage. We focus on heavy or physically demanding jobs—like seasonal yard work and minor maintenance—so seniors can stay in a well-kept, safe home without risking injury.
Chore Services are available to eligible seniors throughout Mercer County, from Celina and Coldwater to St. Henry, Rockford, Fort Recovery, and the surrounding rural communities. Donations of $15.00 per hour are appreciated to help cover costs, but no one is ever turned away if they are unable to contribute.

How much does Chore Service cost?
There is a suggested donation of $15.00 per hour for Chore Services, which helps cover staff time, travel, and equipment. However, this amount is only a guideline, and no one is denied service if they cannot afford to contribute. Our goal is to keep seniors safe and supported at home, not to create financial stress. Families are encouraged to give what they can, when they can.
